AHDA members get special rates with tailored insurance cover needed for the prescription and sale of animal medicines. Contact Stephen Hughes on sch@bradshaw-group.co.uk.

AHDA members have the full use of a new legal helpline with a UK leading legal consultancy Croners. AHDA members can obtain a substantial discount on a premises health and safety audit or general risk assessment.

AHDA has just signed up with NFU Mutual for a 10% discount for a site visit to assess all matters relating to health and safety. For any member employing staff or having premises open to the public, ware housing and delivery areas, an up-to-date Health & Safety Audit is vital (and could reduce insurance premiums). AHDA originally contracted a deal for members with Croner (who run the free legal helpline – see above) but find NFU much more in tune with our type of businesses. The audit normally costs £950 + VAT and members, by quoting AHDA membership, will save 10%. Contact Sarah Nunn on: 02476 407158 or 07967 698287.

AHDA members SQPs automatically become members of Moredun Institute which is the last remaining independent research organisation in the UK. SQPs receive the valuable research update newsletters and can attend their CPD accredited roadshow meetings for free.

SQPs also save money with free attendance to AHDA CPD training events and  a substantial discount for attending the AHDA annual conference and exhibition.
